All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 before you can withdraw those funds (plus any winnings). Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. A typical wagering requirement of 25x means that you must place bets totaling twenty-five (25) times the bonus amount before the bonus and any winnings derived from it become withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 25x wagering requires Rp 2,500,000 in total bets.
Different game types contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute less (often 10-20% for table games, 0-50% for sports betting depending on odds). Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period (usually seven to thirty days) from the date of bonus activation. Failure to complete wagering within the time limit results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

If we detect bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonuses, void all bets and winnings derived from bonuses, confiscate account balances, and permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice or explanation. Funds obtained through bonus abuse will not be returned.

All bets are subject to acceptance by pg123. Bets are settled based on the official result at the time of completion or conclusion of the relevant event. For sports betting, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the sports betting rules. For casino games, results displayed on screen are final.

In the event of system malfunction, communication failure, or other technical errors that affect gameplay or bet placement, pg123 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. The following activities are strictly prohibited on pg123 and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:
If pg123 detects any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, void all bets, confiscate all balances (including deposits and winnings), and report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate. We are under no obligation to return funds obtained through prohibited activities.
While pg123 strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our platform. We reserve the right to suspend services at any time for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons, or compliance with legal requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance, but emergency maintenance may be conducted without prior notice.

In no event shall pg123's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of our services exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is less.
You acknowledge and agree that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for any losses incurred through your use of pg123 services. pg123 does not guarantee winnings and makes no representations regarding the likelihood of winning in any game or bet.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of pg123 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. pg123 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
You may close your pg123 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via email at [email protected] with your closure request. Before we can process an account closure, you must withdraw all remaining balances, and any active bonuses will be forfeited. In the event of account termination for cause (violation of terms), pg123 reserves the right to confiscate all account balances, including deposits and winnings. In the event of termination without cause, we will return your account balance (minus any pending bonus funds) after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.
